An adaptive re-use of an idyllic 1970’s-era corporate campus in the heart of Las Vegas’s thriving Chinatown district.   This reimagined campus will convert the existing campus’ Cor-ten canopied buildings into a series of high-end restaurants that seamlessly engage the site’s beautiful mature landscape understory and pine tree canopy with a series of patio decks and community event spaces.
