Watermark II
This dynamic outdoor space boasts a series of ‘rooms’ designed for outdoor meetings and events, everyday outdoor work opportunities, and fitness classes. This multi-layered space includes an elevated wood deck and overhead shade structure, fitness lawn, work “cabanas” and a water-wise landscape palette.
GroundLevel collaborated with Architects Hanna Gabriel Wells on this second phase of the Watermark II campus in north county San Diego. The campus’ main hub of activity is its central courtyard space, located between the new building and parking structure.
